Etiquette and manners are ingrained in the Southern culture.  Minding yourself and your house is taught to Southern girls at a very early age.  I guess you could say, I was born to do this- a property management business.

But truth be told, I was actually trained:  by Mama (who raised us in an apron) and my experience within the business world.

Aprons and Strings LLC is a local Vail Valley professional property management company with its primary focus on cleaning services, property management/home watch and grocery delivery.  Aprons and Strings has extensive experience in managing and maintaining a variety of property types: short term rentals, long term apartments and condominiums as well as high end luxury residences.

Ginger Karl, owner and manager, moved to Vail in 1999 and has been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years.   She was born and raised in Columbus, Mississippi and received her Bachelor's of Arts degree from Mississippi State University. Ginger has been immersed in the local rental program market and several Homeowner's Associations in the Vail Valley for over 10 years.

Ginger lives with her husband Travis and daughter Vivienne, 9 months, in Eagle-Vail.
